These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Steinmark Rechtsberatung website and the information provided on it. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.
Steinmark Rechtsberatung is a law firm (Rechtsanwaltskanzlei) admitted to practice in the Federal Republic of Germany. Our attorneys (Rechtsanwälte) are admitted to the bar and provide full legal representation, including before courts and public authorities. Our attorneys are subject to the following professional rules: Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO), Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA), Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG), and the professional rules of the European Union (CCBE Code of Conduct). The competent bar association is the Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main.
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tailored legal advice. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for individual counsel. Specific legal advice is provided only within a formal attorney-client mandate (Mandatsverhältnis) based on your individual circumstances.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, the law changes frequently, and we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any content. You use this website at your own risk.

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites, and accessing them is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steinmark Rechtsberatung and its attorneys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under German law. Liability for our legal services is governed by the German Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO) and the professional liability insurance maintained by the firm.
Initial consultations are offered to assess whether we can assist you and to discuss potential engagements. Submitting a consultation request does not create an attorney-client relationship (Mandatsverhältnis). Any mandate (Mandat) is subject to a separate written mandate agreement (Mandatsvereinbarung) specifying scope, fees, and terms in accordance with the RVG.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or related to these terms is Frankfurt am Main, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
